Customers should inform Pandit Ravi Sastri as early as possible if a puja booking needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.

Rescheduling depends on priest availability, muhurtham timing, travel plans and puja preparation status.

Payments

If any advance is collected, refund or adjustment terms will be communicated during booking confirmation.
